The Lavelle Art Gallery is open for Christmas after several weeks of renovations! We have extended our ground floor space so that our visitors can now view work upstairs. Where before you were greeted by a door just inside the gallery ( often covered in promotional material and cards ) we now have an open staircase leading to a landing space and a newly refurbished room.
We are still hanging paintings upstairs and Gavin is busy framing new work so these photos are just a taster. We are delighted to welcome artist Cathy Callan to our stable of artists and you can see Cathy’s Poppy paintings in both of these photos with Debi O’Hehirs paintings of horses. We also have new work by Manson Blair and Diana Pivovarova – more photos soon..
